Our core competence is deep drawing.
In recent years, we have been able to expand our portfolio with advanced technology.
Deep Drawing
This is a so-called chipless tensile-compression forming process. In multiple steps, we form hollow parts from flat sheet metal
(e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper).
This offers significant advantages over other processes: material usage and production costs remain low – while the strength of the parts increases due to the forming process and the continuous grain flow.
Each material has specific properties that must be taken into account during forming. Our non-binding consultation already provides forming-based solution approaches that customers can use in the development of their products.

Fully automated assembly
With our fully automated assembly, we can process all deep-drawn parts directly in-house. For example, we can assemble a sealing ring, a spring or a plastic part onto a deep-drawn part fully automatically. This makes us efficient and saves us long transport routes between the individual steps.
Inspection and finishing
Each part is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility – using eddy current testing and optical inspection by our state-of-the-art camera systems. This allows us to guarantee the highest quality. Additionally, trace separation and part sorting are available.
